"Creating safe spaces where every voice feels heard and every story matters"
Welcome! I am Konstantina and I am a psychologist, graduated from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. I lived and worked in Scotland for 7 years, gaining valuable experience in both professional and voluntary settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with vulnerable groups, supporting children and adults in facing life’s challenges and enhancing their quality of life. In recent years, I have specialized in Systemic Psychotherapy through an accredited 4-year training program, and I had been a member of an international school community in Athens, where I have had the privilege of supporting children and families in various ways. Every step has shown me the power of relationships in helping us grow through connection.I offer psychotherapy, counseling and psychoeducation sessions, in Greek and English, both online and in my office in Neo Psychiko, focusing on creating a safe space where people can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My clinical experience includes sessions regarding anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, interpersonal relationship issues, empowerment, self-connection, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anger management, addictions, trauma and grief. To ensure the quality of my therapeutic work, I receive regular supervision from certified supervisors-therapists. I am dedicated to accompanying and supporting individuals on their journey toward self-knowledge, empowerment, and self-acceptance, while also pursuing my own continuous development and training.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: every person deserves a space where they can be heard respectfully, without judgment and empowered through resilience and authentic connection to self.My role is to provide a safe and supportive space for reflection and growth for my clients as they navigate their journey, offering evidence-based guidance alongside warmth, empathy, and genuine care. My approach is grounded in integrative systemic thinking and enriched by experience in various educational and therapeutic contexts.I believe that therapy is a collaborative process during which we explore challenges, build strengths, and find new ways to move forward, with an emphasis on our therapeutic alliance - our trust and partnership.
The sunflower is more than just my logo—it’s a symbol of resilience and hope.Sunflowers follow the sun throughout the day. At night, they turn back toward the east, patiently waiting for the light to rise again. Even their stems and leaves lean toward what sustains them. This reflects the human journey: we all face dark and difficult times, but with effort and trust, we can continue to turn toward what gives us strength. That’s the vision behind my practice—to support people in finding their own light and the courage to follow it, even when the path feels uncertain.
